About Dr. Michelle Sirois

For Dr. Michelle Sirois, chiropractic has been her whole way of life. It’s all in the family as her father is a retired chiropractor. “I’ve been adjusted since I was a baby,” said Dr. Michelle. She has seen the many benefits of chiropractic and how it has helped her parents, her siblings and herself.

When she was a young girl, Dr. Michelle would have friends that would be on antibiotics if they got sick. When she got sick, which was rare, she was adjusted and went back to school the next day. Dr. Michelle knew that chiropractic was the field for her.

Positive Patient Accounts

When she was younger and not in school, Dr. Michelle helped her dad in his office and saw how his patients responded. She would hear stories from her father’s patients about how her dad helped them. Dr. Michelle believes that, like those patients, everyone has the potential to be so much healthier than they are.

Empowering Others Through Education

Patients used to taking a mainstream, conventional approach to healing can improve their health when they learn about the natural benefits of chiropractic. A goal of Dr. Michelle’s is to educate people even if they had a previous bad experience with other chiropractors.

“When you show them pictures to explain how the body works and they understand how the body works, patients realize it makes sense.” Dr. Michelle explains, “if there’s interference, understand you’ll have symptoms and not function well; until you remove interference, you’re not going to get better.”

Dr. Michelle is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic and believes that people are very intelligent and are more and more interested in what they can do to help themselves. She believes that it’s even more important to do everything you can to keep yourself as healthy and strong from the inside out so you don’t have to take your ball to a different court.

Outside the Office

Dr. Michelle sits on the board of Riverways Pregnancy Resource Center. She is part of Building Family Foundation, a mentoring program aimed at encouraging young moms to stay in school or go back to school. Dr. Michelle encourages the young women to find meaningful work and become the best moms and people they can be.
